Bon Bouquet Café is the Coffee Shop where you'll love to take a break for a sweet, a matcha latte or a gourmet brunch. Located in the 9th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Musée Grévin, this discreet spot reveals a welcoming, planted and flowery room in pastel tones. Nada, the owner is a fan of flowers, hence the name of the place.
At the entrance, a big counter opens to us for the orders. Then we go to settle down in the room on one of the wooden tables to wait for the order. On the program, we discover specialty coffees from the Coutume roaster, located a few blocks from the tea room. The place offers different coffees of the house which changes according to the seasons.
You are not coffee? No worries, the place also offers a whole range of hot drinks: matcha latte, golden latte, chai latte, hot chocolate and even pink latte are waiting for you. Cow's milk or vegetable milk, the choice is yours.
Then, let's make room for the menu. At Bon Bouquet, open from 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays and 5 pm on weekends, you can taste the dishes à la carte from 10 am to 3 pm. The menu unveils a simple menu based on fresh and homemade dishes. We have avocado taosts, pancakes fluffys, eggs benedicts or buddhas bowls all week long.
We love the excellent smoothie bowl with raspberry-banana and Greek yogurt, topped with crunchy granola and fresh fruit. We like the crunch of roasted hazelnuts and almonds, the freshness is there.
As for the pancakes, we are surprised by their lightness. When they arrive, we say to ourselves that we are going to have a hard time to finish and finally, they let themselves be swallowed without any worry. Note that the maple syrup is at will for the greedy ones. So if you are from the maple syrup team with pancakes and not the opposite, this is for you!
Are you hungry as a wolf? Opt for the super gourmet avocado toast . With its soft-boiled egg, cheese and salmon option, you'll be delighted and full. Note that all the dishes are available in vegetarian version.
At snack time, opt for the homemade cakes, cookies, energy balls and other sweets from the counter.
In short, this is a good place to rest at any time while spending a delicious moment.
