This address, Maisons Pariente's first Parisian stopover, vibrates to the rhythm of childhood memories of Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit, who passionately revisits Ashkenazi and Oriental flavors for a culinary experience that awakens the senses.

On Sundays, Boubalé invites Parisians and tourists, families and friends, to enjoy its traditional brunch: a sweet and savoury buffet set against a backdrop of folkloric hangings, in an atmosphere "just like home".
