For the Refugee Food Festival 2023, 10 Parisian restaurants are entrusting their kitchens to refugee chefs to showcase the best of the world's cuisine. A wonderful initiative to help change the way people look at the status of refugees, to be discovered from June 13 to 26, 2023.

For 15 days, and for the 8th year running, 10 Parisian restaurants will be lending their kitchens to refugee chefs for the Refugee Food Festival 2023, under the patronage of journalist and food columnist Elvira Masson.

"The Refugee Food Festival's mission is to raise awareness, provide information and promote the career paths and talents of exiled people, to enable the professional integration of refugees in the fragile catering sector, and to bring people together around the table," declare the main stakeholders.

From June 13 to 16, 2023, you'll have the chance to sample dishes from Syria, Algeria, Morocco, Sudan, Georgia, West Africa, Afghanistan... in some of your favorite Parisian restaurants!
