Have you heard ofRachel's Cakes? It's the story of three friends: Rachel from the US, Maria from Bulgaria, and Birke from Austria.
Together, they embarked on their adventure in 2008 and began baking their famous cheesecake in their own apartment, which has since become a signature Rachel's Cakes product.
Since then, the brand has diversified significantly and now offers a wide range of pastries, sandwiches, prepared dishes, and cookies, all made with fresh ingredients!
After setting up its 2,200 m² culinary laboratory in Bobigny, Rachel's Cakes is finally opening a shop in Paris.
Rachel's Cakes has opened its doors in the Haut-Marais district, much to the delight of countless food lovers. All of the products on offer are prepared daily in the bakery on the outskirts of Paris.
Enjoy Rachel Moeller's classic pastries on site or to take away, as well as prepared dishes, salads, sandwiches, quiches, and more, all served by Birke.
To discover and taste the dishes and pastries at Rachel's Cakes, head to the 3rd arrondissement of the capital. Rachel's Cakes is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
