During the 3 days of the Festival, dozens of chefs whose names are no longer to be introduced will take turns to hold cooking-shows (indoors and outdoors), each one more breathtaking than the next! From Steven Raichlen, author of the best-seller "The Barbecue Bible", which has sold four million copies and has been translated into twelve languages, to Raphaël Guillot, the biggest Barbecue influencer in France, as well as Rohan Hennebert, Stephane Nowowiejski, Quebec's Max Lavoie and Mexico's The Grilling Bastards: it's a guaranteed show!
With a focus on excellence, you will have the opportunity to meet and attend life-size demos held by Top Chef candidates! Chloé Charles (Top Chef 11), Jarvis Scott and Baptiste Trudel (Top Chef 12), Wilfried Romain (Top Chef 13), Bérangère Fagard (Top Chef 14), these nuggets of the food world are planning to blow you away during these 3 days.
Finally, several nuggets of the Parisian food world will make you discover their worlds through recipes that have brought their establishments to the forefront!

Throughout the 3 days, many Masterclasses will be offered. Under the watchful eyes of a chef who has worked with the greatest, you will learn recipes, each more delicious than the last, that will allow you to impress your future guests!

The Piment d'or, the first hot sauce championship, has now become a must-attend event at the Barbecue Expo. Throughout the day, a hundred candidates will compete by eating chicken nuggets marinated in sauces, each one spicier than the next!
