The Hotel Ami has been given a makeover by the Orso Group and Danish designer Gesa Hansen. In a minimalist style, the hotel welcomes travelers in its 41 rooms and on its secret patio where it is good to drink.

In the heart of the 15th arrondissement, in the Saint-Lambert district, theHôtel Ami has opened its doors in a former 17th century post office hotel and has been given a facelift under the aegis of the Orso group, already behind theHôtel Rochechouart.

Danish designer and interior decorator Gesa Hansen was responsible for the hotel's new minimalist style, starting with the 1925 façade, which now displays its Art Deco curves at every window. Inside, the lobby opens up around a reception counter and bar inspired by Parisian brick, a large lounge with a central leather sofa and a Bauhaus-inspired industrial-style breakfast room.

On the 6 floors, the 41 rooms are available in an original way, in pale pink and cream colors: the "Petite Amie" rooms, tiny but pretty, the "Bonne Amie" and "Grande Amie" rooms to share with your girlfriend and finally the "Amie de Famille" rooms, under the roofs of Paris. A little touch of madness from the designer, a 20m2 suite under the roofs of Paris in carmine red, with a large bed calibrated for lovers.

Definitely family friendly, Hotel Ami has games and costumes for children and connecting rooms to keep an eye on the little tribe. Finally, the hotel's last secret is a brick-clad patio where friends can toast with cocktails.
