A hotel in the sky? That's the idea behind Laurent Taïeb 's Kong andHôtel Madame Rêve. TOO Hôtel is the name of this unique new spot over 100 meters high in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, nestling on the rooftop of one of the Duo Towers built by Ivanhoe Cambridge and designed by Jean Nouvel, between the 17th and 27th floors.
" The TOO Hotel offers a celestial pause, the sensation of being so high up that all of Paris belongs to us. This fascinating view brings a joy ofgreat intensity, and whoever enjoys the spectacle of the city from this height is transported on a magical adventure. I designed this hotel to make people happy," says Laurent Taïeb, creator of the TOO Hôtel.
This new hotel, whose artistic direction and interior architecture has been entrusted to Philippe Starck, promises beautiful, modern and innovative spaces. Aimed at Parisians, tourists and business travellers alike, from October 20 , 2022 it will offer a new address with an extraordinary view of the capital.
On the menu: 139 rooms and suites starting at 200€, an 80-height spa with outdoor Jacuzzi on a tree-lined terrace on the 17th floor, a new contemporaryrestaurant withpanoramic views on the 25th floor called TOO Restaurant , housed in an impressive 6-metre-high glass cube, and a 350 m2 skybar called TOO TacTac Skybar with a 150 m2 terrace 120 m above ground.
" It's the story of a castle suspended above Paris... A place where anything can happen. Because it's levitating, it has a euphoric effect. Inside, you're more beautiful, more in love, more creative. This castle is filled with energy, dreams, love, desire, intelligence and laughter. It flies up there, where the weather is beautiful, where the rare oxygen makes you dizzy. Of course, as in all castles, mysterious things happen there. But always very poetic, " says Philippe Starck.

TOO TacTac Skybar, the highest rooftop in Paris goes into summer mode
TOO TacTac Skybar is the name of the rooftop bar that opened its doors in Paris last October. Located on the 27th floor of one of the Duo Towers in the new TOO Hotel, this new bar at 120m high now offers us an unobstructed view of the capital to sip divine cocktails and exotic dishes against a backdrop of live concerts and DJ sets.
