Pancake Sisters opens a new spot in Paris Voltaire neighborhood

Pancake Sisters, a single-product canteen dedicated to pancakes, has just opened a second restaurant in the capital. This second spot is located in Bastille, a district undergoing rapid change.

Pancake lovers are in for a treat... Why? Pancake Sisters is opening a second spot in the capital, in Bastille, rue de Popincourt to be precise. A new place where gourmets can satisfy their sweet and savoury cravings, with pancakes that can be customized and served in a variety of sauces. Enough to make anyone's mouth water.

Whether griddle-baked or homemade, these little treats can be devoured from breakfast to snack time, in 1001 ways... but always with quality products! At Pancake Sisters, we've opted for 100% organic products (eggs, cow's milk and flour) or products from sustainable agriculture. It's even possible to order gluten-free or lactose-free dishes.

If you opt for a savory option, pancakes are served in pairs, in the form of a sandwich: this is the Panster. They can be adapted to suit the chefs' tastes and serve as the basis for the three recipes on offer: fish, meat and vegan. Whether vegan or meat-based, both dishes are fairly light and well-balanced. The seasoning is also quite good, with garlic and parsley pancakes adding a little pep to the whole, but never overpowering the taste of the dish. Its carnivorous "madame" version (with a fried egg on top) is just as tasty. We also recommend the soup of the day (a real one), which resembles our mothers' soup to a fault.

On the sweet side, you'll find classics like the Carrot Pancake (three Carrot Cake-style pancakes), with its mouth-watering taste, or the Choco Tornado (with chocolate chips, nocciolato spread, banana pieces and whipped cream). You can even customize your own, with toppings and extras (fresh fruit, caramel, maple syrup, homemade chantilly, etc.), accompanied by a Chai, matcha latte or simply a coffee, made with love. And now, it's brunch all week long!

Healthy and well-balanced compositions, for those who are watching their figure or want to eat healthy, or sweeter ones for those with a sweet tooth. And always a warm welcome, in a pastel-colored canteen for a real moment of sweetness in this cocoon between two errands in the metro. And what's more, WiFi is free...
