Atelier Bizzo and its custom-made pizzas in Paris

Who – by looking at the menu in a pizzeria – has never wished to mix ingredients from different pizzas in order to create your very own personalized pizza, the one meeting all your demanding expectations?

It’s now a dream come true thanks to Atelier Bizzo that has just opened in Paris 9^th arrondissement. Because at Atelier Bizzo, you can choose among a multitude of ingredients to create a unique pizza. You can choose the dough, Neapolitan or Roman, the sauce, ingredients and extras… It’s up to you!

At Atelier Bizzo, pizzas are made with quality ingredients coming from the best producers in France and Italy: flours come from a family Italian mill, San Marzano tomatoes come from the Naples surroundings… How good is that?!

Your creation is then put into a wooden oven covered in red mosaic and voilà! 90 seconds later, it’s finally ready to be eaten up, along with a cocktail or a craft beer, with some antipasti and a homemade dessert to end on a high note.

Please note that for those who could have difficulties choosing the ingredients, you can still ask for the menu of pizzas thought up by Atelier Bizzo.
