We invite you to discover Chez Minnà, the Corsican restaurant just off the Grands Boulevards in Paris, where you can enjoy grandma's generous cuisine with a modern twist. On the menu: cocktails and gourmet dishes with the flavours of the Île de Beauté.

Looking for a great place to have anaperitif and enjoy generous dishes? We've come to Chez Minnà, our favorite Corsican granny's restaurant, where you can savor generous cuisine brought up to date.

It all starts at aperitif time. In this spot with its ultra-chill, raw spirit, you'll feel right at home. To get into the swing of things, you'll discover a menu of cocktails revisited with the flavours of the Île de Beauté. Forget the basic mojito and let yourself be tempted by the Captain Chataîgne, a unique creation based on spiced rum, Mavela chestnut liqueur, lemon and egg white. But if alcohol isn't your thing, you can also put your trust in the barman and ask for an original, non-alcoholic, made-to-measure cocktail.

To accompany your drink, you can indulge in delicious plates to share, such as the truffled gouda chiffonnade or the generous zucchini fritters served with their brousse and mint sauce, which adds a delicious note of freshness to this vegetarian starter.

As for the main courses, you can't go past the perfectly grilled octopus, which literally melts in your mouth. Add to this mashed potatoes with hazelnut slivers for a pleasant touch of crunch, and we're transported far from Paris to the idyllic shores of Corsica. Another tasty dish to prolong the vacation spirit is the line-caught tuna ceviche with seasonal vegetables, in this case for us a sun-drenched eggplant, accompanied by a bell pepper and panzetta coulis. Please note that the menu evolves according to the seasonality of the products, but staples such as cannelloni stuffed with Corsican PDO fromage frais and chard are always on the menu!

To finish off this fresh tasting experience, let yourself be tempted by the Chef's Fiadone, a specialty of the Île de Beauté that can be summed up as a Corsican-style cheesecake. Depending on the season, it's made with either brousse (Corsican ewe's milk cheese) or brocciu (ewe's whey cheese), and is served here with a homemade limoncellu chantilly. Add a red myrtle liqueur to round off your meal, and you'll have enjoyed your culinary road-trip at Minnà just as it should be!

Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
