The former restaurant Le Van Gogh, whose reputation had progressively lost its luster over the last decades, deserved a little revival, and the chef Norbert Tarayre's ambition was to modernize the place and transform it into a large-scale convivial table. And he succeeded!
Indeed, the Splash is designed to welcome 360 customers at table, but also has a bar-lounge area and a relaxation area with deckchairs by the pool, as well as a VIP area: the magnificent Club Riva designed as the interior of a real Yacht.
