Le Tout-Paris welcomes you all day long on the 7th floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the Seine and the emblematic monuments of the capital or in the garden suspended above the roofs of Paris. From breakfast to dinner, or simply to sip a cocktail, this contemporary Parisian brasserie will awaken both your taste buds and your conscience with the horizon as far as the eye can see.

"You can find all of Paris at the Samaritaine," the department store's famous slogan is more relevant than ever as Le Tout Paris, a French-style brasserie with an unobstructed view, moves to the seventh floor of Cheval Blanc Paris. The luxury hotel, which opens on September 7, 2021, has occupied the Seine-front portion of the Samaritaine building since its renovation.

Le Tout-Paris is composed of three distinct spaces. The bright room, with its primary colors, immerses visitors in a very pop atmosphere, the terrace with a breathtaking view of the Seine and the most beautiful monuments of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower or the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, and finally the garden, facing south, offers a panorama of the roofs of Paris.

As soon as you have breakfast, enter the heart of this contemporary brasserie with its shimmering colors to discover a sunrise over the Seine while tasting French toast, waffles or pancakes! Not to mention the traditional Sunday morning brunch. There's nothing like it to fill up on energy and start the day on the right foot.

For lunch and dinner, the chef offers a cuisine of sharing with good old-fashioned dishes revisited. For example, you can taste the Gratinée des Halles façon Tout-Paris (18€), a modernized onion soup, covered with a Mornay crust pastry. As for desserts, sweet tooths are not left out, we trust Maxime Frédéric, the pastry chef, to end the meal on a joyful note of sweetness.

Finally, at nightfall, you can watch the sun set over Paris while sipping a delicious cocktail prepared by the head barman Florian Thireau. Unlike the Limbar, located on the first floor, which is meant to be an experience, the Tout-Paris offers classic cocktails revisited. You can enjoy the traditional Expresso Martini, Spritz or Negroni, but each time with a signature element that you can't find anywhere else.

Tout Paris' signature cocktail is a white Moscato d'asti blend with notes of apricot, orange blossom and vanilla, served in a champagne flute. Ideal to enjoy a romantic evening or with friends.
