The 100% Thai staff warmly welcome you to the restaurant to ensure you have a pleasant time. Chef Aoy Suksutthi leads her brigade in the kitchen. She learned to cook with her grandmother in Thailand, and honed her skills in Michelin-starred restaurants in her native country before becoming MOOM MAM's chef.

She offers a variety of spicy, sweet and spicy flavors in carefully selected recipes to satisfy the tastes of their Parisian and international clientele.

Of course, meat lovers are not forgotten, with the classic Suae Rong Hai, aka Tiger's Tear: a marinated beef fillet grilled with tamarind, lime and chillies, a must-try.
