With its contemporary design and subdued lighting, the Moom Mam Thai restaurant invites you to savor the richness of Thai gastronomy in a warm, chic and cosy setting.
Lunch is particularly popular with the local clientele and the many offices in the area, so reservations are essential. In fine weather, you can enjoy the light and breeze from the terrace...
In the evening, the atmosphere is more relaxed and romantic. Despite the success of the address and the restaurant's high occupancy rate, the Moom Mam brigade always delivers dishes with impeccable finishing touches, enough to delight lovers of Thai cuisine in Paris.
Moom Mam offers a selection of traditional Thai dishes, revisiting the great classics with finesse.
The 100% Thai staff warmly welcome you to the restaurant to ensure you have a pleasant time. Chef Aoy Suksutthi leads her brigade in the kitchen. She learned to cook with her grandmother in Thailand, and honed her skills in Michelin-starred restaurants in her native country before becoming the chef at MOOM MAM.
She offers a variety of spicy, sweet and spicy flavors through carefully selected recipes to satisfy the tastes of their Parisian and international clientele.
To start with, we suggest you try BO LAN, an assortment of delicious Thai starters.
Tom Yam Goong is also a good option, a popular Thai soup made with shrimp and a blend of spices, notably lemongrass and galanga. This soup, served hot, is characterized by its fresh, zesty flavors.
Spicy 🌶 and dapper, the grilled beef fillet salad (Yam Nuae Yang), seasoned with Thai herbs, spices, lime is a classic that always delights.
For ceviche lovers, Laab Pla is a traditional Thai dish based on marinated and seasoned raw fish (from sea bass to the current menu). Prepared by mixing raw fish with ingredients such as lime, lemongrass, shallots, chilli and sugar, it's a delight!
Among the dishes, our favorite is the Massaman Kae: a melt-in-the-mouth grilled rack of lamb flavored with Massaman curry, cinnamon and cashew nuts.
Meat lovers are not forgotten, of course, with the classic Suae Rong Hai, aka Tear of the Tiger: a marinated beef fillet grilled with tamarind, lime and chillies, a must-try.
Also on the menu is a crazy Pad Thai, served to perfection.
Moom Mam's other strong point is its cocktails. Perfectly crafted behind the ultra-designed bar, which lines up bottles of Asian whisky, sake and champagne, the cocktails are all homemade and inspired by the great classics of mixology.
The mixologist suggests the Mao Thaï, a variation on the famous Mai Tai, as well as the Mekhong Sour with Mekhong whisky, coconut milk and honey, and the Siam Paradise, all of which are sure to seduce you... seriously.
For those who prefer beer, they shouldn't miss the Singha, a popular Thai beer produced by Boon Rawd Brewery in 1933, one of the oldest Thai beers still in production today.
For dessert, guests will be delighted by the rich selection of sweet treats from Thai cuisine.
They can indulge in Flan Thaï with a scoop of coconut ice cream, or Glutinous Rice with coconut milk and fresh mango.
And for chocolate lovers, the mini chocolate egg rolls are a real delicacy!
There's something for every taste to end your meal with a bang!
