The Bubble Suite has just opened in Paris! Nestled on Hilton Opéra Hotel ground floor, the Bubble Suite is a bar dedicated to champagne. Thought up in partnership with the Champagne brand Collet, the Bubble Suite is open from Wednesday to Friday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and we went and tried it for you.
Once we’re inside the prestigious venue, we leave the hustle and bustle of the Opéra area to enter a true Art-Deco setting. Dressed in black and gold, the Bubble Suite is an intimate and very elegant place where, on the main pillar, reign Collet bottles displayed as valuable jewels.
Comfortably set on an armchair, we discover the cocktails list. Three original creations by Pierre Galea and all based on Champagne Collet are presented. We love the Origami, a cocktail with Japan hints and with a wonderful green color served in an Art-Deco style glass. The other creations are rather disappointed because not sophisticated enough. Well, for 25 euros the cocktail we could expect wonderful surprises… In other words, you’d better go and order a very classic and basic glass of champagne.
Moving on to food, various appetizers accompany the champagne. Foie gras lollipops, scallops and its parsnip purée, oyster and red berries vinegar, the ingredients used are thoroughly chosen and mixed by Hilton Opera chef Eric Lenormand.
