Open for the first time, hundred years ago, the cocktail bar Gallopin in Paris opened its doors again under the leadership of bartender Stan Jouenne.

Did you know that one of the very first cocktails bars in Paris was born over a hundred years ago now in the heart of Parisian brasserie Gallopin?

Nestled not far from the Stock Exchange, brasserie Gallopin decided to reopen, this past November 27, its famous cocktails bar with a new concept and a new barman chef.

After working at Bar Fly, Bouddha-Bar and Tiger, bartender Stan Jouenne wanted to reopen this bar along with Mathieu Bucher who purchase Gallopin three years ago.

Together, they gave a new life to this bar by offering a new image mixing French bourgeois cuisine and art of cocktail. The goal? Highlighting French terroir and pairing French spirits!

To do so, Stan Jouenne offers a selection of 100% French spirits, “Vintage” with aperitifs based on wine from the 20s or the bitterness of the 30s/40s… For lovers of skilled drinks, Stan Jouenne twists the great cocktail classics to create about a dozen creations both light and refined.

And as if, this wasn’t enough, Gallopin cocktail bar expects to host various events: carte blanche to renown barmen, cocktails tastings, championships…
