Good news for wine lovers! Amici, the wine bar straight from Italy located a few meters from the Ternes district, in the 17th arrondissement, will delight you with its Antipasti, Stracciatella, Burrata, Arrancini... Let's go and enjoy the best of Italy!

Like a little air of Tuscany... A stone's throw from the Ternes district, in the 17th arrondissement of the capital, a wine bar that smells of the Dolce Vita reopened on June 2: Amici. A restaurant that welcomes, as its name indicates in Italian, you and your friends, but not only: evenings with colleagues, lunches with the family... this little corner of Italy in the heart of Paris proposes to taste very good wines coming from the country of Dante.

Chianti classico, Pinot Grigio, Ribona, Greco di Tufo... we go off the beaten track a bit for a more authentic dive into the Italian vineyard and its riches. And there is something for everyone: sweet, powerful, red or sparkling... everyone will find something to his liking. For the aperitif, you can accompany your glass of wine with fried fish or a board of Italian cold cuts.

And to welcome back visitors in need of conviviality, after more than two months of confinement, the bar has put in place strict sanitary measures, in compliance with government recommendations, namely the wearing of a mask and the systematic washing of hands with hydroalcoholic gel upon arrival in the establishment. Note that for optimal health security, QR codes have been placed on each table to allow you to access the bar menu without having to touch anything, except your smartphone.

A bar that the editorial staff had the opportunity to test, and one thing is sure: we were not disappointed! On the program, three wines and several dishes: on the red wine side, a Nero d'Avola "Barone Sergio", from Sicily, strong but very pleasant in the mouth and quite similar to some Graves. Perhaps even the favorite of the editors. On the white wine side, a Falanghina from Benevento (Campania), dry but with a fruity touch, as well as a Mont Mès Castelfeder, from the Dolomites, a blend of several grape varieties including Pinot Bianco, PinotGrigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Moscato Giallo. A sweeter and drier wine, but quite pleasant.

And for those with a sweet tooth, the menu is sure to tantalize your taste buds: prosciutto di Parma, coppa, mortadella di Bologna, bresaola Punta d'Anca, Burratina Pugliese, mozarella fritta, bruschette... A variety of dishes and products available seasonally, from local Italian producers We particularly like the Caponata, a kind of ratatouille made with eggplant, tomatoes and olive oil. A slightly sweet dish and extremely pleasant in the mouth.

We also like the reworked Arancini, the creamy and melt-in-the-mouth burratina, the slightly bitter buffalo stracciatella, the plate of Italian cured meats with real mortadella from Bologna and the octopus and squid fritters, which are a perfect accompaniment to the white wine. For dessert, the Tiramisu of the "nonna" concludes this meal in a singular way. And for those who want to finish on a note of liquor, the Limoncello is worth the detour.

Dishes served in a warm and friendly atmosphere, or for those who are not so cold, on the terrace, all year round, even in winter (we reassure you, it is heated). We also appreciate the Happy Hours, from Tuesday to Friday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and offering Spritz, Italian beers and bottles of wine from the sommelier at interesting prices (count 19 euros for a bottle of wine, for example). Ready for a tasting, friends?
