The Cambridge Public House: here’s the name of the new bar you have to discover in Paris Le Marais neighborhood from November 14, 2019.

Think: an English pub mixed to a cocktail bar nestled in the highest part of the Marais. So is the concept to discover in Paris from January 14, 2019 thanks to the opening of The Cambridge Public House.

Behind this new place, we find an English man, Greg Inder and two Bretons including Hyacinthe Lescoët especially renown for her shakes at Les Grands Verres as well as at Mary Céleste.

The Cambridge Public House taking over the “Public House” concept which is a pub, expects to give pride of place to a so British décor with wood, leather and curtains, the whole designed by indoor architect Damin Carreres. The idea? Creating a friendly place of exchanges, sharing and experiences with a motto “Tradition and Transition”.

Moving on to the bar, The Cambridge Public House will offer beer obviously as well as delicious beverages. On the menu for example? The “Cigarette After Sex” based on Agua de Jamaica, Mezcal Del Maguey Vida, Elephant Sloe Gin and Verjus as well as the “Starship Trooper” made of kiwi, yogurt, lemon, Merlet pear cream and rum.

So, are you ready to discover this new place? Meet on January 14, 2019 at 8 rue de Poitou to give a go to The Cambridge Public House.
