You can ask Victor to improvise a drink for you according to your tastes, your desires, or even to let his imagination run wild. And here he is juggling while making your cocktail. And to make it as beautiful as good, he uses directly the flowers of the bouquet to decorate your drink. This is how we discover two new creations with surprising composition.

The first one, immediately named the Spartan Spritz, is composed of mastihac liqueur (pine sap), Athenian Vermouth flavored with kumquat, cointreau, yellow lemon juice, gin, hibiscus syrup, mint and prosseco. An ultra floral and refreshing creation ideal for the beautiful days. The second one, the Davy Jones Sour, is made with honey syrup, grapefruit juice and yuzu, rum for spicy house, egg white and angustura bitter. Not too acidic, we love the balance of flavors that give a surprisingly sweet cocktail with a slight touch of bitterness that awakens the taste buds.
