La Loutre, Paris: cocktail bar by Les Animaux Bar

For a few years now, animals have been taking over the French capital. I’m obviously talking about the famous cocktail bar sweetly called L’Ours [The Bear] and Le Renard [The Fox].

After opening these two places in Paris 10^th arrondissement, the Les Animaux Bar fine team including Victor Grégoire and Enguerrand Marque did it again!

Since early 2019, the very dynamic rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud set in Paris 11^th arrondissement has been welcoming a newcomer. Its name? La Loutre [The Otter].

As for L’Ours and Le Renard, La Loutre gives pride of place to mouthwatering cocktails at very affordable prices. Allow €6 during happy hours (6 p.m.-9 p.m.) and then €8.

Speaking of beverages, La Loutre provides wonderful creations such as “Des Chiffres et des Loutres” based on thyme-infused gin, dolin rouge, lime juice, fig syrup and egg white. You can also discover the “Otter than you” based on tequila, roasted pineapple liquor and lime.

In other words, delicious cocktails to enjoy for a very soft price, in a warm and animal-like bar (wallpaper by Marianne Ratier), we know you don’t want to miss La Loutre!
