We're off to discover Les Cuves de Fauve, the beer bar in the 11th arrondissement. On the menu, 16 drafts and dishes to share with friends.

Beer lovers have a superb haunt in Paris's 11th arrondissement. You know the craft beer brand Fauve, founded in 2018? Well, the team behind Fauve, Cyprien Maisonnier and Antoine Robic, are opening Les Cuves de Fauve.

Les Cuves de Fauve is both a micro-brewery (look at the beautiful, imposing brewing tanks behind the counter) and a beer bar, inspired by Anglo-Saxon brewpubs. Directly from producer to consumer!

200m2, an industrial decor enhanced by pop colors, a sunny 60-seat terrace and a small room, the Fauve Garden, for more intimacy... That's what you get when you arrive at Les Cuves de Fauve.

The beer list features 16 freshly-brewed draught beers, as well as permanent references, ephemeral beers and original collaborations. And sometimes only 15 beers, as one of the taps can be dedicated to cider!
Half be ers start at 3 euros, and pints cost up to 14.50 euros.

And since a good beer is even better accompanied by a few nibbles, chef Oscar Verlant (Frenchie, Apicius, La Table du 11) offers fresh, seasonal dishes at lunchtime, and small plates to share with other gourmets in the evening.

The breakfast menu is available at 16 or 20 euros, and includes brasserie-style dishes such as veloutés, oeufs mayo, filet de cabillaud, buger and crème brûlée.

In the evening, nibbles to share include well-sourced charcuterie and cheeses, miso roasted carrots served with wasabi avocado cream, grilled Toulouse sausage with Meaux mustard sauce, melt-in-your-mouth sweet potato confit, home fries with beer-spiked mayo, sesame shrimps, acras and beer-marinated chicken nuggets. Yes, beer is everywhere here, even on the plate.

On Sundays, Les Cuves de Fauve goes all out forbrunch, with a range of classic dishes featuring eggs (hard-boiled, scrambled, fried, Benedict) and coffee pancakes from Brûlerie de Belleville.

In short, a place to eat and drink well!

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Drink in moderation.

Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
