Beer lovers have a new den in Paris 11th arrondissement. Have you heard about craft beer brand Fauve, created in 2018? Well, running Fauve, we have Cyprien Maisonnier and Antoine Robic who open Les Cuves de Fauve.
Les Cuves de Fauve is both a micro-brewery (look at those beautiful and impressive brewing vats behind the counter) and a beer bar inspired by the Anglo-Saxon brewpubs. Straight from the producer to the consumer!
200sqm, industrial vibe elevated with pop colors, beautiful sunny terrace with 60 seats, small room, Fauve Garden for more privacy… This is what expects you at Les Cuves de Fauve.
On the beer menu, 16 draft beers, freshly brewed on the spot, permanent references, temporary beers and exclusive collaborations.
And since a good beer is even better with a few things to nibble on, chef Oscar Verlant (Frenchie, Apicius, La Table du 11) offers for lunch fresh and seasonal dishes and for dinner, small dishes to share with your foodie friends.
For instance, we have, cold cuts and super well sourced cheeses, deviled eggs, cockles open with sour beer, miso roasted carrots served with avocado and wasabi cream or even Peking duck breast. As for dessert, sponge cake and beer syrup, lemon mousse and churros to dip in runny praline.
On Sundays, Les Cuves de Fauve switches to brunch time with a set menu including classics: eggs (Benedict, Royal, Florentine), pancakes, grilled cheese, pulled pork and coffee by Brûlerie de Belleville.
In other words, a place serving good food and drinks!
