But meat lovers needn't worry, there's also an alternative offer dedicated to them. My sidekick enjoyed a tasty braised beef ribeye as an alternative to fish and shellfish.

For this summer season, the Trianon Palace offers us a fine vegetarian creation.Executive Chef Frédéric Larquemin unveils a gourmet Green Burger. It features a tasty brioche bun, beet and flaxseed quinoa steak, topped with homemade guacamole and sweet & sour onion marmalade. At €29, the Green Burger and its accompaniments are sure to tempt the hungry.

And to complete this magical dinner, talented Pastry Chef Eddie Benghanem delights us with his iced sweets and summer desserts. We loved the Croustillant Cacahuètes-banane with peanut ice cream, and the refined Saint-Honoré with verbena and raspberry.
