Great cocktails, chill terrace, laid-back atmosphere, all this set just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower? Yes! Let's head to Gloster Bar, the famous spot within Hôtel La Bourdonnais where barman chef Kevin Compère delights Parisians and guests. And the icing on the... cocktail is that he can make special creations only for you!

Gloster is one of these very nice cocktail bars in Paris! Hotel La Bourdonnais bar, this establishment has decided to face up the challenged to win the loyalty of many patrons outside this Parisian hotel and this, especially thanks to delicious, sophisticated, surprising and beautiful cocktails!

Here, the shakers genius is Kevin Compère. From cook to barman chef, he loves beautiful flavors and he enthusiastically shares it. In this jungle-inspired place all the way to the chill terrace, he delights even the most curious taste buds with his very creative recipes. On the menu, a dozen cocktails with or without alcohol are available. And a selection of classics is available too, our advice would be to go for the original creations.

Among the signature cocktails, for instance, you can try the Rhubarbe Daïquiri, a creation that smells like beautiful days and vacations. Made with rhubarb-infused rum, this cocktail enhances the sour flavors of the classic Daïquiri but with a regressive and indulging touch.

Another favorite: the Purple Rain. Based on gentian liquor, bergamot orange verjuice, crème de mûre and absinthe, it is sweetly bitter and it can also delights people who are not used to it, since it is balanced by the sweetness of red berries.

Mocktails (alcohol-free) are also available and be rest assured, they are just as creative! Whether they include alcohol or not, you better let the chef decide. You can challenge him and ask him for a custom creation he can improvise. He can also make a savory cocktail. How surprising!

Moving on to the décor, Gloster bar takes us far away, in a design created by indoor designer Oscar Lucien from Maison Numéro 2. We love the atmosphere mixing nature and contemporary and where a few monkeys do some acrobatics...
