Cocktail bars are multiplying in Paris, but they don’t look the same… Proof of it with the opening, in early September 2019 of French Riviera.
Behind this new place, we have 1905 former bartender Adèle Fardeau who also worked at Mandarin Oriental, Burgundy Paris… As for French Riviera bar, Adèle Fardeau came up with a place that is both friendly and chic, but that covers only 50sqm and takes us to the South of France.
To be discovered in rue Froissart – Paris 3rd arrondissement French Riviera unveils a warm decoration with ancient ceramics, cement floor tiles or even ancient posters.
As for the menu, Adèle has nine cocktails (from €11 to €13) answering to the sweet names of emblematic cities such as St Raphaël or Menton.
Based on ingredients such as lavender, thyme or even olive, these beverages will likely delight your taste buds, such as the “Antibes” cocktail based on rum, Cointreau, homemade mango and herbes de Provence syrup, lemon and passion juice.
Discover the “Cannes” too based on gin, bergamot liquor, ginger beer, lemon and lemon bitter, or even the “Pampelonne” with pampelle infused with lavender and prosecco.
To top it all, Adèle also came up with a secret menu, “Monte Carlo”, including a dozen premium cocktails only available on the upper floor and at the customer’s request!
To this cocktail list are added some cider, beers and spirits. The whole can be enjoyed along with a choice of tapas such as tapenade, anchoiade from Les Niçois (€9).
So, ready to head south?
