In a cosy decor with colored walls where drawings and photos are exposed, you can sip a cocktail masterly made by the mixologist of the place. And Les Justes does not lack humor as the names of the cocktails show. Our two favorites:"I saw your sister on tinder" inspired by the Pisco Sour and"The cherry on the ghetto" which revisits the Boulevardier.
So we let ourselves be tempted by the one that gave us the most smile: I saw your sister on Tinder. Based on Pisco infused with cloves, Syrah, yellow lemon, topped with a nice creamy foam thanks to the egg white and sprinkled with a cinnamon bitter, this spicy cocktail is as mischievous as its name suggests!
Les Justes are funny but also generous, if you manage to enter the wifi code (not personalized) in your phone on the first try, we offer you a shot! It's really commercial ! And then to not drink with an empty stomach, we take advantage of nice assortments of tapas.
Another particularity of Les Justes, this bar is also a kind of art gallery, where emerging artists expose their works. If you have a crush, you can buy one of the paintings and discover new talents!
