Gone are the barrels converted into eateries and the atmosphere of a grocery store. At STÉRÉO, the atmosphere is more like a pocket club. In the glasses, live wines. In the ears, vinyls collected by the owners, Louis and Alexandre. The ideal spot to have a little fun before embarking on the crazy nightlife of our beloved Pigalle.
Impossible to get bored. Everything here is lively, from the wine to the nibbles and, of course, the music.
Long-time friends Louis and Alexandre have combined their strengths and knowledge to unearth the best healthy terroirs and wines grown without inputs, direct from the producers. The result is a range of more than 50 different wines to be tasted on the premises, or taken away, at caviste prices.
To avoid going on the road, the boys have fine-tuned their selection of products, always in season. The charcuterie comes from a single producer in Puglia (yum!) and the vegetables are sourced as much as possible from the Ile-de-France region. Desserts include tiramisu and cocktail colonel.
And since hunting for bargains is a passion, the duo also (and above all) digest the jazz, disco, funk and house vinyl they distill throughout the evening to keep us vibrating. And they succeed!
