Although it is a luxury hotel (a 5-star hotel), Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg launches this summer 2021 an Italian-style after-work party with affordable drinks for such a standing. In other words, you will be served an aperitivo.

This aperitivo – to be enjoyed with friends, a glass in hand – is served at the chic Le Faubourg bar and on the terraces of the hotel set rue Boissy d’Anglas in Paris 8^th arrondissement. A covered terrace (very great when it rains), filled with plants. But the quiet terrace is highly attractive because the part sert rue Boissy d'Anglas is for pedestrians only.

On the menu of this aperitivo, cocktails with or without alcohol, including the staple Aperol Spritz, as well as wines, beers, and prosecco. The aperitivo provides classic coktails for a cheaper price than creations. But Signature cocktails by bartender chef Aurélie remain affordable. Original cocktails, very well balanced, filled with matching flavors. Some are even served with a special effect.

Drinks to pair with mouthwatering tapas to share such as cold cuts, cheeses and more. Cooked tapas are prepared by the hotel's chef Anaïs Foray.

At Sofitel, pair your aperitivo with some truffle and parmesan dry sausage, sliders, mini grilled cheeses, organic hummus, organic vegetable falafels, cured comté cheese and fresh fries. Seafood is also provided with smoked salmon and shrimp frito misto: fresh shrimps covered in breadcrumbs and fried to order. So indulging.
