Beer fans are already drooling! L.B.F. (La Brasserie Fondamentale) springs a surprise this Fall by opening the first taproom in Paris! With this new tasting area, set in the heart of the Strasbourg-Saint-Denis area, La Brasserie Fondamentale unveils a place both convivial and warm, where craft-beer is given pride of place, but not only…
To pair these 100% L.B.F. beers (staple or temporary), served draught and coming from a sustainable production, enjoy dishes to share created by chef Eloi Spinnler. On the menu? About a dozen mouthwatering options including smooth burrata from Crèmerie Frescolet, delicious olive cream, hummus, coppa toasts, dry sausage and PDO Espelette pepper pâté by Maison Montalet, without forgetting desserts for sweet-toothed!
As for beers, the L.B.F. taproom bets on the house's staples including the organic Pale Ale and the organic IPA, as well as a few temporary ones such as a Porter with chestnut hints, a cherry-apricot beer, and a Triple. Allow between €4 and €5 for half and between €6.50 and €9 for the pint.
For the record, L.B.F. opened a first bar in Paris, in the Pigalle area. With another address located in Bordeaux, La Brasserie Fondamentale weaves a web and expects to quench the thirst of many beer enthusiasts.
To discover La Brasserie Fondamentale taproom, meet now rue d’Enghien in Paris 10th arrondissement. Shall we go have a beer?
