La Réserve du terroir, the must-try Aveyron restaurant and wine bar in Paris

La Réserve du Terroir's menu features many specialties from Aveyron, including Auvergne sausages, aligot, Aubrac entrecôte with French fries, Aubrac beef tartare, and charcuterie and cheese boards at 19 euros.

A fine organic wine list, served by the glass, by the bottle and via a dispenser of grands crus by the glass!

On the menu, a red Saumur at €5.90 a glass, an organic Vacqueyras at €8.50 a glass, a Brouilly at €5.90 a glass and Estaing d'Aveyron at €5.50 a glass. Bottles start at 23€.
