The Lancaster Hotel, the elegant venue set rue de Berri, a stone’s throw from the Champs-Elysées, invites Parisian bar Copperbay – one of the 100 best in the world from the Top World 500 Bars 2021 – for a scrumptious featuring. In this temporary spot, enjoy four exclusive tapas recipes revisiting classics.
For those willing to have a dip in the blue sea, enjoy the Blue Hawaiian based on coconut rum, pineapple juice, clarified lemon juice, tika Massala and blue limoncello. It will definitely taste like a holiday and sun, while the winter is settling in town. As for the Americano, it intends to surprise you with a recipe based on Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, Gentiane, Cointreau, Tio Pepe and Mastiqua.
For a creation as scrumptious as a holiday meal, the Maï-Taï but Copperbay version is likely to delight you: Rum Tonka, Rye Whiskey, Wray&Nephew Rum, Alamea pimento liquor, Amaretto and sour solution – cooked vacuum-sealed with candied orange. Last but not least, the Sazerac is the latest guest of this temporary menu based on Gin, Aquavit, Ricqles Syrup, Pastis and Lemon bitters. Each drink costs €14. Allow €18 for a cocktail pairing.
