The iconic terrace with views on the Eiffel Tower is adorned with a beach-inspired décor. Colorful cushions, shells, fishing nets, buoys, dune plants or even flowery swings, the setting is very relaxing. And the experience goes a step further in terms of indulgence with a menu shining a light on summer snacking. Nori seaweed taramasalata, mackerel ceviche, grilled shrimps with gin sauce, or oysters, iodic flavors are given pride of place.
Moving on to cocktails, gin is given pride of place with a signature creation collection made in partnership with Citadelle. On the menu of course, the Tarragon Tonic with tarragon-infused gin, cinnamon, yellow lemon, and tonic of course; the Rayon Vert based on smoked tea-infused gin, orange blossom, almond milk, puréed coconut and Scrappy’s bitter black Lemon.
