On the Batignolles side of Paris, Benoit Marinos and Alexandre Foulonneau's cider house has just opened its doors. On the menu: 80 references and 10 ciders on draught, to accompany tapas!

Three years after opening their first cider house on the Canal Saint-Martin, Benoit Marinos and Alexandre Foulonneau have just opened a new address for cider lovers, this time in the 17th arrondissement: La Cidrerie des Batignolles.

With this new cider house, the duo have created an address featuring vintage tiling, stonework and vintage furniture - plus a terrace that welcomes groups of friends as soon as the sun comes out. The Cidrerie des Batignolles menu features no fewer than 10 draught ciders and 80 references in all, a great way to democratize this beer-like fizz!

From triple fermentation to ciders aged in Calvados barrels and Scotch whisky barrels, from rose cider to hop maceration, there's something for everyone. Cider never ceases to surprise! And to accompany this tasting experience, you can opt for the cider house's tapas, made with products from the best producers - charcuterie and cured meats from the South-West, breads from the Sain bakery.

And for those who want to go even further in originality, mixologist Margot Lecarpentier's 4 signature cocktails, prepared with cider, are there for you!
