Fans of the singer already know it but on Tuesday September 5, 2017, Freddie Mercury would have been 71 years old.
On this special day, Hard Rock Cafe Paris organizes the Freddie For A Day an event of which all benefits will be donated to the association founded in memory of Freddie Mercury, The Mercury Phoenix Trust aiming at setting up awareness campaign to fight against AIDS.
Queen greatest hits, moustaches, karaoke and cocktails based on vodka will be provided on September 5, 2017 at Hard Rock Cafe Paris. The whole team will be dressed up so, don’t hesitate to put on your best costume since a contest will be organized in the early evening.
This edition has a little something new: a collaboration with French and Belgian fan clubs of the band gives rise to an exhibition of collector vinyl records and drawings. Some unique items will even be auctioned in order to collect funds for The Mercury Phoenix Trust.
Let’s remind you that it’s been five years since Hard Rock supports this association by organizing the event Freddie For A Day in many restaurants throughout the world.
