Every year, in the Fall, the same thing happens: new bars open in the city. Nestled in downtown Paris, in the Latin Quarter, by Montparnasse, by Saint-Germain-des-Prés, or even on Grands Boulevards, these places hope to be a game changer compared to all those already open in the City of Lights.
But then, how to attract Parisians and tourists always requiring new concepts, all as crazy as unusual? For instance, some bet on tasty produces and crazy drinks, whilst others are more into conviviality, thorough staff or experience, or even on the views and unique or bucolic setting.
As for the list, one shall expect diversity too, between the wine bar and thoroughly selected wines from small winemakers, or the timeless cocktail bar shining a light on classics or creations, as well as the very trendy mocktail bar, or even cider bars starting to make themselves a name in the city.
