Discover now the two Epiphany cakes created by Sébastien Gaudard for this Epiphany 2021. This year, the pastry chef called in jeweler Emmanuel Tarpin for the beans and the crown. What a wonderful collaboration.

Like last year, pastry chef Sébastien Gaudard's Epiphany Cakes are very... Parisian, based on frangipane.

From January 1, 2021, you can find in the chef's different stores (rue des Martyrs patisserie and Tuileries tearoom) the chocolate Epiphany Cake based on almond cream and intense chocolate filling flaky puff pastry.

Or you can go for the famous and timeless almond cake with a delicious almond cream with agricultural rum from Martinique and crunchy and soft puff pastry.

As for the beans, it is hard to make something more original than this… After working with fashion designer Christine Phung during the latest Epiphany, in 2021Sébastien Gaudard has teamed up with jeweler Emmanuel Tarpin. He created - especially for the Epiphany 2021 - a Golden Ivy Crown as well as matching beans shaped like ivy leaves slightly golden.

For the record, Sébastien Gaudard's Epiphany Cakes have been elected Best Epiphany Cakes in 2015 and 2016. In 2019, the pastry chef's cake has been named "most royal Epiphany Cake".
