This year, Easter is celebrated on Sunday April 21, 2019 and as usual, pastry chefs spare no effort to satisfy gourmand children and adults.
For this edition 2019, Maison Boissier – created in 1827 – came up with a wonderful egg. Called Oeuf Dentelle [Lace egg], this haute-couture creation is made of dark chocolate finely carved. A little gem available in three sizes (€28-48)!
But that’s not all since Maison Boissier also created an even more sophisticated egg, the Oeuf Autrichien [Austrian Egg], entirely covered in spotless white and hand-painted.
