For the record, Pascal Hainigue, formerly pastry sous chef at Christian Lesquer's 3 Michelin-star restaurant, Georges V, joined Burgundy Paris in February 2017 alongside chef Guillaume Goupil in the kitchen of Le Baudelaire, 1 Michelin star.
