This holiday season 2017, Yves Thuriès chocolatiers take you to gourmet polar landscapes with several original creations made with cocoa from Yves Thuriès plantations in Ecuador and hazelnuts from the South-West.

As it does every year-end, Yves Thuriès aims to satisfy the taste buds of cocoa lovers.

For Christmas 2017, the brand is offering a Bûche pâtissière with a chocolate-praline base.

In the center is a pain de Gènes. This thick, soft cookie is made from almond paste.

Finally, the coating is 100% Ecuador dark chocolate made from cocoa grown on Yves Thuriès plantations.

The second creation is the North Penguin.

This blend of dark and white chocolate is handmade with chocolate from Ecuador.

The penguin stands on a slab of dark chocolate covered with shredded coconut.
