Karamel Paris pastry chef Nicolas Haelewyn invites us to discover his new Christmas collection imagined for the Holidays 2017.
For the second year in a row, the pastry chef created a yule log evolving around caramel.
Light and gourmet at the same time, this creation reveals a splendid décor. Under a French meringue hides a rolled chestnut-flour cake like from yesteryear.
Made of a creamy chestnut from the Ardèche mousse, sprinklers of candied chestnuts, roast hazelnuts and Karamel sweets chunks, this yule log 2017 reveals an incredible explosion of flavors and textures enhanced by a molten caramel heart!
For the record, this yule log 2017 by Karamel Paris is presented in a beautiful collector box designed by Nicolas Haelewyn. Intense midnight blue, the drawings of Karamel sweets delicately decorate this Christmas box.
