For Valentine’s Day 2018, Foucade invites you to discover its entremets with a soft heart, the Duo d’Amour. There are two hearts which union is as beautiful as a marriage. One is dressed in white, the other in black, maybe echoing Yin and Yang, last year’s creations. Or perhaps, it conveys a symbolic message, the one of engagement? It’s up to you and your other half to interpret it to your liking!

The Dark Heart may divide chocolate-lovers couples, or be divided for a shared pleasure. Under its vegan charcoal coating hides a crispy raw cocoa and kasha (buckwheat). On the top? A raw cocoa cream. And at the heart of the heart? Peppermint. Yes, the mint-chocolate pairing has its best days ahead of it!

The White Heart will be sweeter than the temperamental dark heart. But don’t kid yourself, its mischief will surprise you. Based on a carrot-cake, we discover a coconut cream filled with tangerine segments, the whole is enhanced by a tangerine and carrot jelly. What a wonderful way to revisit flavors from across the Atlantic!
