For his new Paschal creation, and after “Piou-Piou”, then the "Lapin de Pâques", and the "Bonbonnière de Pâques", Yann Brys – head of sweet creation at Evok Hôtels Collection and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, designed a collection of hens each representing one of the group's hotels.
For Nolinski, he unveils a work with clean and elegant lines, colored in red and black, with a golden egg in the middle. It is so charming it is difficult to eat it! And yet, if you go for it, you will not be disappointed: enjoy 62% dark Brazilian chocolate filled with hazelnut praline. As for the egg, it is covered in gold leaf. So chic!
