For Easter 2021, there are chocolate eggs, bells and bunnies. But when it comes to Yann Brys, he came up with a lovely chocolate egg inspired by Hotel Nolinski design.

This year, Hotel Nolinksi celebrates Easter.

For his new Paschal creation, and after “Piou-Piou”, then the "Lapin de Pâques", and the "Bonbonnière de Pâques", Yann Brys – head of sweet creation at Evok Hôtels Collection and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, designed a collection of hens each representing one of the group's hotels. 

For Nolinski, he unveils a work with clean and elegant lines, colored in red and black, with a golden egg in the middle. It is so charming it is difficult to eat it! And yet, if you go for it, you will not be disappointed: enjoy 62% dark Brazilian chocolate filled with hazelnut praline. As for the egg, it is covered in gold leaf. So chic!

This 17cm-tall egg is available for €38 for 400g of chocolate. It is available from March 28 to April 4, 2021 at the Pastry counters of the Brach and Cour des Vosges hotels. Careful, limited edition!
