First things first, pastry chef Dominique Costa presents his chocolate creation for Easter, available from March 30 to April 13, 2020 at Le Lobby restaurant. On the occasion, the chef revisited children’s favorite merry-go-round to create the Oeuf Carrousel; a creation based on a fine layer of 64% manjari dark chocolate with fresh and sour hints of red berries.
Inside the egg, three adorable little horses in a merry-go-round showing off Opalys white chocolate with vanilla flavors, Dulcey chocolate as well as 64% manjari dark chocolate.
If you want to celebrate Easter with your family or friends, make the best of the two brunches provided by The Peninsula Paris on April 12 and 13, 2020. Set around the different stations of Le Lobby restaurant, these brunches are based on traditional savory and sweet dishes, and of course, chocolate is all shapes and sizes!
Moreover, don’t forget that Sunday April 12, 2020 will be paced by musical entertainments all along brunch and by the traditional Easter egg hunt for the youngest patrons, hosted within the hotel. Careful though, this hunt is reserved for the hotel clients only!
