For Easter 2019, pastry chef Yann Couvreur is back with a fox inspiring beautiful creations making us want to get cozy!

If many pastry chefs revisit the traditional Easter symbols: bells, bunnies, eggs or even hens, others are more into creating something original.

It’s the case with Pastry chef Yann Couvreur who chose to offer a chocolate version of his favorite animal: a fox. The Parisian chef who trained at Hotel Prince de Galles, is known for his flavorful and slightly sour desserts for even more taste.

Three different recipes available:

  • Amande [Almond] – almond milk cake, toasted almonds and Amaretto, milk chocolate ganache, milk chocolate coating, cocoa powder
  • Gianduja – hazelnut cake, toasted hazelnuts, gianduja ganache, gianduja coating, cocoa powder
  • Chocolat Noir [Dark Chocolate] – dark chocolate cake, 64% dark chocolate chunks, dark chocolate ganache, 64% dark chocolate coating, cocoa powder.

To your liking, Terrier Renard Chocolat Noir [Dark chocolate Fox’ earth] x 5 (32.7% milk chocolate, cocoa butter, cocoa spread, natural extract from vanilla, almond, puffed rice), or milk chocolate (32.7% milk chocolate, cocoa butter, cocoa spread, natural extract from vanilla, almond, puffed rice). €12

As well as:

  • Candy boxes – you can choose your box. Dark chocolate (dark chocolate fox filled with eight dark chocolate cornflake cakes, five dark chocolate fox cubs) and the milk chocolate one (milk chocolate fox filled with eight milk chocolate cornflake cakes and five milk chocolate fox cubs). €45
