As it happens every year, Pastry Chef Yann Brys fulfills our taste buds and eyes with his magnificent yule logs. This year, the Meilleur Ouvrier de France does it again with five yule logs for even more pleasure! Although last year, he came up with a forest of fir trees, in 2021, his indulging creations are inspired by Christmas decorations!

The Sinner being the most iconic venue of the group, expect some surprising tasting for this yule log shaped as a Christmas decoration! Yann Brys invites us to think outside the box with this creation mixing crunchy almonds and cocoa beans with moist chocolate cake, sour raspberry and roasted red bell pepper compote, as well as chocolate crémeux and 75% Cuban dark chocolate mousse. For the most intimate Evok hotel, Yann Brys serves a Christmas bulb-shaped yule log with a pretty plating. A chocolate lace dome reveals an indulging entremets: moist hazelnut cake, chocolate and Piedmont hazelnut crunch, soft salt flake caramel and Madagascan milk chocolate crémeux and mousse. Perfect for young and older children!

For the group's flagship hotel on the Place des Vosges, Yann Brys has come up with a sophisticated and magical Christmas decoration!
