For this holiday season 2020, Pastry Chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Nicolas Bernardé invites us for a walk in the woods with a log that looks like a cut log.

New festive season and new gourmet creations from Nicolas Bernardé for Christmas 2020.

This year, the Pastry Chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France unveils a log inspired by plants, for a delicious taste experience.

Called the Chocolate, Vanilla and Caramel Log, this new creation from Nicolas Bernardé features a vanilla mousse, while a light choux pastry cookie represents the famous rings of a cut tree trunk.

But here, the concentric rings don't reveal the years, but rather a buttery caramel enhanced by a hint of fleur de sel and a dark Madagascar chocolate cream. The whole rests on a praline crunch.

A log that pays homage to nature, inviting us to take a stroll in the forest. To try it, you'll need to pay 45€ for a log for 6 to 8 people.
