For the Holidays 2017, Hotel Westminster Paris offers us a sweet treat for a gourmet and very sophisticated teatime in partnership with clockmaker Bucherer. To enjoy in Duke’s Bar, a cozy smoking room, the teatime invites us to lost track of time… to enjoy it even more!
If you want to take your time, head to the Westminster for its Christmas teatime. This hotel located rue de la Paix (the famous Palace street) welcomes us with open arms in its bar-tea parlor and offers us, for €15, a hot drink AND a pastry of your choice!
If we love the venue, we love the creation of its chef even more, the pastry chef Bryan Esposito who often posts his creations online, his millefeuilles to die for, his pecan cookie and his fig tart that make our mouths water!
And this teatime master piece, the Instagram-worthy object, is a pocket watch inspired by Bucherer creations (a clockmaker set a few meters from the Hotel).
For this creation, Bryan Esposito got surrounded with a dream team to create a beautiful object looking the part and promoted the winter flavors that warm us up such as the chocolate mousse, the Génépi jelly, the cashew cream and the Esmeralda chocolate coming from Costa Rica.
I don’t know about you, but for €15 a misdemeanor, we do it again!
