This spring, Café Pouchkine gives the choice to foodies to satisfy their taste buds thanks to different chocolate creations for Easter 2019.
To discover from April 8 to 29, 2019 at Café Pouchkine from Place de la Madeleine and Printemps Haussmann for a lovely and mouthwatering collection.
Lovely quilted eggs available in Grand Cru 67% dark chocolate with touches of hazelnuts and Tonka beans or 40% milk chocolate with vanilla notes. Inside, small nougatine eggs, caramel ganache and hazelnut praline!

A delicious entremets made with a 40% milk chocolate egg filled with a soft chocolate cake, crispy coconut chocolate, whipped chocolate and hazelnut ganache and a coconut crémeux insert.
