This spring, Café Pouchkine gives the choice to foodies to satisfy their taste buds thanks to different chocolate creations for Easter 2020.
Café Pouchkine pastry chef Patrick Pailler has indeed come up with two original creations: one crispy egg and one delicate entremets with rather classic flavors to have every gourmand adult and children on the same page.
With its cracked and hand-carved shell, this egg unveils a precious secret: a sparkling and tasty truffle filled with runny almond and hazelnut praline and a crispy praline as well as a creamy dark chocolate ganache.
Weight: 340g
Price: €32
This entremets is based on brownie with caramelized hazelnut chunks, intense dark chocolate and orange cream, the whole covered in caramel, hazelnut and chocolate mousse. On top, a sculpture that echoes to the Oeuf Paska with mini and praline truffles, hazelnuts and candied orange peel, placed on dark chocolate mirror glaze.
