Opened by Meilleur Ouvrier de France [Best Craftsman in France] David Wesmaël, La Glacerie Paris offers ice creams and sorbets as well as entremets, chocolate candies and chocolate ice creams, the whole is chilled, of course! An address you want to discover as soon as possible!

Lovers of good ice creams, La Glacerie Paris is a new address you want to test in the Marais neighborhood. Within walking distance from BHV, at 13 rue du Temple, David Wesmaël has just opened his ice cream store, right on time for the summer 2018. Pastry world champion 2006 and ice cream Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004, David Wesmaël presents in his first store delicious ice creams to enjoy on the spot or to take away, on your own or with other people.

First of all, there are ice creams and sorbets to be enjoyed in a cup or in a cone: homemade caramel with salt flower ice cream, Gariguette de la Baule strawberry ice cream, milk chocolate ice cream mendiant way, “Mûroise” sorbet, Norman fromage blanc ice cream, banana sorbet, Sicilian pistachio ice cream… We don’t know where to start. All in all: 17 authentic flavors more gourmet than the others.

If you’re into sharing your ice creams (yes, some people do!), David Wesmaël invented the cylindrical ice cream, in a tube; it’s groundbreaking! According to the MOF, scooping ice creams in the container could be complicated. With his ingenious cylinders, gourmet people only have to slice the ice cream directly in the tube and can even create frozen desserts in no time by stacking slices of various flavors. To this, add some fruits, a coulis, and voilà!

At La Glacerie de Paris, we also discover the Dômes Envies; delicious frozen entremets, to be enjoyed solo or in a size that is more into sharing (once again, it’s up to you!). A crispy meringue base, two or three frozen flavors perfectly pairing… Fromage blanc ice cream/Mûroise sorbet/mango coulis; dark chocolate ice cream/blackcurrant sorbet/mango-passion confit; mango-vanilla ice cream/milk chocolate cream/mango-passion sorbet or even the strawberry sorbet/caramel ice cream/lemon confit. We tell you right away, the choice is hard between the large 9 Envies and the small 8 Envies.
