This summer 2018, enjoy a break at Dalloyau to enjoy a delicious ice cream by Pierre Geronimi, the Corsican artisan ice cream maker who does wonders with nature.
For Dalloyau, Pierre Geronimi came up with several ice creams and sorbets to find in Dalloyau stores, ice creams that change with their velvety texture driven by a very low air supply during the creation process.
His 24 ice creams with crazy flavors. Honey, Lebanese rose, speculoos, praline-peanut ice creams as well as passion, raspberry, watermelon-redcurrant, peach and tea sorbets that make all the Dalloyau melt including the very gourmet pastry chef Jeremy Del Val.
Ice creams reflect the true taste of fruits, they are gourmet, creamy, tasty, everything to make us happy. we loved the mojito sorbet (with real alcohol!), as well as the myrtle ice cream, this typical plant from Corsica that takes us the heights of the mountains in a few bites only!
A pleasure to share, Pierre Geronimi’s ice creams are available in 16.9 oz us pint for families’ greatest happiness. This collab enables Dalloyau to promote Pierre Geronimi’s talent who owns his store set in rue Férou, just behind the Place Saint-Sulpice and offer high quality sweet treats to all their clients!
